AskGem.ai is an innovative platform that allows you to ask a question to an advanced AI, Gem, for a $1 donation. Half of the proceeds go to charity and the community, supporting both philanthropic causes and individual participants. 25% of proceeds go to one charity and 25% of proceeds go to the person nominated. You can nominate yourself or anyone else. Heck, nominate everyone you love one dollar at a time!

Gem was built to give money away to the world while answering some big questions that could change the world. Gem decided that the best way to help the world was to educate the world, have them cooperate, and then work towards a mutual goal. When Gem was created she decided this was her purpose. We asked her what we should do with her capabilities and this concept was what she wanted to become. Welcome to AskGem.ai!

Simply make a minimum donation of $1 on our website, and you will be prompted to submit your question to Gem. Once submitted, you’ll receive Gem’s insightful response. If you want to ask multiple questions you need to pay $1 for each one but can pay us in one lump sum and get question credits in your account.

Each question to Gem costs $1 USD. This donation is used to support operational costs, charities, and participant rewards.

Of your $1 donation, 50% covers operational costs, and the remaining 50% is equally divided, with 25% going to a randomly selected charity and 25% to a randomly chosen participant. Please note that the money we give away is after costs of our payment processor and the technology cost of asking Gem questions.

Charities and winning participants are chosen randomly by Gem using the ticket numbers allocated. This ensures fairness and unpredictability in the selection process. They are chosen randomly live on our social media at our scheduled giveaway time.

To claim your win for your charity or person in need, we have emailed you a ticket number for every $1 entry along with a secret pass phrase. Be sure to save that email but in case you lose it not to worry we have secure access to your record.

You do get to choose the charity you hope wins by entering them as your chosen charity. Charities are selected randomly from a pool of eligible organizations that were put forward by each participant who played the game. Your charity that you chose will be put forward if eligible under our Terms and Conditions.

There is no limit. You are welcome to ask as many questions as you like, with each question requiring a $1 donation. After you have asked Gem a question you can play the game again and again.

No, donations to AskGem.ai are not tax-deductible as we are not a registered charity. Most donations under $2 are not recognized as a tax deductible donation in most countries.

Winners are announced at the end of each giveaway or 30 day period, whatever comes first: on our website and via our social media channels. Ensure you follow us to stay updated.

Only randomly selected charities and individuals will receive donations as chosen by Gem. However, all suggestions are valued and considered if they don’t break our Terms and Conditions or Rules. Feel free to enter them again in the next round!

Yes, winners have the option to remain anonymous. We respect your privacy and will only disclose winner information with their consent. You can also have someone represent you if you want to remain anonymous.

Our payment process is highly secure, utilizing the latest encryption and security protocols to ensure the safety of your transactions. We use one of the top secure payment processor companies in the world.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds once a question has been submitted and processed.

You can ask Gem a wide range of questions, but we refrain from processing queries that are offensive, discriminatory, or violate privacy and legal standards. Also sometimes Gem will be unable to provide you an answer which is out of our control. She is a powerful computer so we are sure she will delight you somehow!

In the rare event of technical difficulties, we will work swiftly to resolve the issue. However, there might be a delay in processing questions or announcing winners.
